Caria, Peach’s gold-standard campaign management product and Digital Cinema Media (DCM), the market leader in UK cinema advertising, announce new updates to further improve the processing of cinema campaigns.
DCM is constantly exploring new ways to use technology to drive efficiencies and deliver the best service to customers. This is where the partnership with Caria comes in.
Caria, is extensively used by media agencies to book cinema advertising. For the next step, we wanted to provide creative sources with access to information about their clients’ cinema bookings.
Working closely together, we have made significant updates to Caria to streamline the process of booking and scheduling campaigns for cinema.
The new changes to Caria align DCM and cinema with the wider AV booking ecosystem, and leverage pre-existing agency workflows.
Improvements include:
- Media agency bookings will be connected to the creative workflow, greatly reducing cross-channel admin and streamlining the entire process in one platform.
- Creative agencies now have advance visibility of bookings, in line with TV and BVOD.
- We’ve introduced the new cinema-specific fields CAA Approval number, CAA rating, BBFC rating, and Producer contact details, to standardise cinema instructions throughout the booking process.
- We have added a full archive, so that all copy metadata and instruction information is stored and accessible for the agencies involved. The introduction of ‘audit’ and ‘versioning’ provides improvement to process and data management.
